 TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. In the event of any legitimate claim, labour will only be paid in the first three years and on evidence of a manufacturing defect. After three years then a ‘Fuss Free’ warranty on Delphi parts only applies.
2. All details on the ‘Application for Lifetime Warranty’ form must be completed legibly. Failure to complete the form in its entirety invalidates the warranty.
3. The white copy of the application form must be returned within 28 days of the clutch fitment date to:-

4. Any change of address must be notified in writing to the above address.
Please quote the Unique Serial Number from the top right of the form on all correspondence.
5. This warranty is valid as long as the vehicle ownership remains unchanged. In the event of a claim proof of ownership may be asked for.
6. The parts must have been fitted in accordance with the instructions issued by the manufacturer of the vehicle upon which they were installed, and those, (if any) provided by Delphi.
7. Claim must not have arisen due to incorrect installation, abuse, improper storage, or damage before or after installation, or defects in other parts of the vehicle (e.g. Seal failures leading to Oil contamination).
8. The products are supplied by Delphi Lockheed under the brand name of Delphi Borg&Beck and should only be fitted to a vehicle of the description shown in Delphi’s catalogues for those items.
9. Warranty Exclusions
a) Any Goods or Hire Vehicles
b) Taxis
C) Driving School Vehicles
d) Car derived vans for commercial use
e) Panel Vans
f) Kit Cars
g) Vehicles used for racing or for competitive purposes
10. Subject to the above, this warranty indemnifies the customer against manufacturing defects.
11. In order to keep your warranty valid, you must have your clutch checked annually at a Clutch Point Centre – The check must be carried out within 28 days of the clutch fitment anniversary. Delphi will send you a yearly reminder, this must be returned to Delphi at the address above with a garage stamp, to confirm the check has been carried out.
The Lifetime Warranty is provided free of charge on the condition the ‘Application for Lifetime Warranty’ form is completed and the white copy is returned to CLUTCH POINT LIFETIME WARRANTY at the address above within 28 days of fitment. Your form will then be processed and a response card will be posted to you (the customer). In the event of a claim you must produce your copy of this form (blue copy) and the response card from Delphi stating acceptance of the warranty application.
