DSD Subscription Purchase Order Form 1

 

 

PROCEDURE

 

1. If you are a single user DSD subscriber and do not want to subscribe online via the secure Barclays Bank ePDQ server, but wish to receive an invoice from Defence Data Ltd please complete DSD’s Purchase Order Form 1 below.

 

2. Please be sure that you fill out the necessary detail accurately, especially noting that we require your full name and individual E-mail contact address. Access to DSD’s Daily News Reports and Research Archives will only be granted to those with an authorised Username and Password.

 

3. Once you have completed and checked the Purchase Order Form please print off Form 1 and either fax it to Defence Data Ltd on +44 (0)1664 840837 or if you prefer E-mail it to editor@defence-data.com

 

4. Defence Data Ltd will accept and treat your completed DSD Purchase Order Form 1 as an authorised Purchase Agreement with Defence Data Ltd.

 

5. Following the processing of your Purchase Order Form, Defence Data Ltd will issue you an invoice. Please ensure that payment is received within 30 days of your invoice date. Interest will be charged at 2% per month, plus an admin fee of £15 per month for late payments.

 

6. On issue of your invoice you will receive your individual DSD Usernames & Passwords for immediate access to DSD.
